Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance provides a seven-day, 24-hour customer service hotline that handles insurance claims, property insurance inquiries, investigation process inquiries, emergency support services, customer complaints, telephone marketing and telephone interviews with customers.

Automobile insurance claims via the Internet

The Company was the first in China to allow its customers to make insurance claims via the Internet, halving the time needed to make a claim. Via the Internet, customers can receive insurance compensation from any local Ping An branch in the province where they encounter an accident, rather than having to claim from where the insurance was first bought.

Standardized Complaint Management

Through the 95512 hotline, customers can provide feedback about various aspects of Ping An's automobile insurance service, including agency insurance, insurance compensation, product design, business management, staff attitude and staff knowledge. The company ensures that every complaint is handled properly.

The Company has more than 100 service branches in China, providing customers with professional insurance advice, friendly insurance services and efficient insurance claim services.

First-class emergency support service

Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance has a fleet of vehicles for insurance investigation and emergency assistance. In cooperation with First Automobile of Changchu, Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance has invested more than RMB70 million to purchase 500 additional vehicles.
